Audit Preparation & Best Practices
Undergoing a regulatory inspection can be stressful!
What problems will the inspectors find that we are unaware of, and how will we respond if we are caught off-guard? Believe it or not, proper preparation for a regulatory inspection can put your mind at ease and may even cause you to look forward to the inspection when it’s viewed as a sort of “grade card” and an outside perspective to help improve your company.
Let’s face it: fear of the unknown is genuine. The solution to conquering this anxiety is knowing what to expect as you eliminate surprises in advance through due diligence.
Takeaways:
- During this webinar, we’ll share ways to identify regulatory compliance issues before the inspection, not to conceal them but to fix them and to think through how you’ll communicate them during the inspection.
- Regulatory inspections are check-ups you can either dread or embrace as learning opportunities. As with any endeavor, you’ll get what you invest from the inspection. Take a positive approach and thoroughly prepare ahead of time for a productive and enlightening experience.
More About This Webinar
In the context of Operator Qualification (OQ), the terms “suspension” and “disqualification” are used almost interchangeably.
However, these terms have very different meanings.
In this webinar, we will explain how suspension and disqualification are used by the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) and how operators and contractors should understand these terms and incorporate them into their written OQ Programs.
In this video, get a glimpse of the real-world examples that Brian will demonstrate in the webinar.
